Hey everyone, I actually managed it, I made a deadline!!
Anyways, welcome to the Monopoly of Truth relaunch, hopefully you'll enjoy what you see and read here in the future. Just so you know, this is a total relaunch, the characters, the plots, the art, its all new. Yes, the characters may look similar to the old comic and have the same (or similar) names, but they are different. The real big change though is the fact that this is going to have a plot, and I mean a genuine plot, not just half-assed story arcs (!). The humour is also going to be more political in its nature, although there will be some of the old stupid jokes that I loved. These changes are simply because when I first got the ridiculous notion of me creating a web comic it was supposed to be a vehicle for political and philosophical jokes but when it came to actually doing it the result differed hugely from what I wanted and it wasn't until i stood back and looked at it that I realised what had to be done. The plot then, it's probably because I've started reading shoujo manga that it looks like it does, but at the same time there is a lot in the world politically that angers me and I want to express my rage and my love of girly manga in MoT. Hopefully you'll think it works.
In terms of update schedule the next comic will be posted up on Friday but I'm uncertain as to what my actual update schedule will be in the long term. Due to yet more computer problems I've not been able to make any comics in the last two weeks. As this week unfolds however I'll be able to see exactly how long it take me to produce the strips and so I'll be able to say on Friday whether we're looking at a Monday and Friday thing, or a Monday, Wednesday, Friday thing.
